Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, please contact our Customer Service team via webchat or WhatsApp and we'll arrange a resolution for you.
This website delivers within the UAE only. If you're based in Saudi Arabia or Egypt, Punt Roma has dedicated websites for each country — puntroma.sa and puntroma.eg.

Returns are free and straightforward. You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order — either in any Punt Roma store or by registering your return online. For full details, visit our Returns page.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank's processing times may affect when the funds appear in your account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as a store coupon, valid for one year from the date of issue.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges online. If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend returning your original order within 30 days and placing a new order. Returns are free, so the process is simple and straightforward.
