How would you like to return?

Register your return on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Collection from your door is free.

Sign in and open your order.
Select Create a Return.
Tick the items you are returning and choose a reason, then click Next Step.
Review your return, accept the terms and complete.
You will receive a returns case number and a confirmation email.
Contact Customer Service to arrange your collection.
Pack your items in their original packaging, with the returns note inside.
Hand the second returns note to the courier in exchange for your proof of pick-up.

Refunds

Card or Apple Pay

Refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank's processing times may affect when it appears in your account.

Cash on Delivery

Refunded as a store coupon, valid for one year from the date of issue.

Delivery charges and any Cash on Delivery fees are not refunded.

Product policy

Items must be

Unworn, unused and in their original condition
Complete with tags and original packaging
Returned with any dust bags, authenticity cards and boxes, which count as part of the product
Shoes with no marks on the sole or box

Cosmetics
Perfumes

Damaged or faulty? Contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items showing signs of wear beyond trying on may not be accepted.

Want a different size? We do not offer direct exchanges online. Return your order within 30 days and place a new one. Returns are free, so it is quick and easy.
