How long will my delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. How we count depends on how you pay:

Card or Apple Pay

Credit or debit card, or Apple Pay. Counted from the moment your payment is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery

Pay our courier when your order arrives. Counted from the moment you receive your order confirmation email.

Click & Collect

Shop online and collect from a Punt Roma store for free. Choose Click & Collect at checkout, pick your store and collect once your order is ready, subject to stock and order confirmation.

Yes. Our courier will get in touch beforehand, so please check your contact number at checkout.

Can delays happen?

Delays can happen during public holidays, sale periods or high demand.

What should my address include?

Please include the building name, floor, apartment or villa number and area, so our courier can find you easily.

What if I am not home?

Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us. Please contact Customer Service and we will arrange a resolution.
